How it works

Three steps, then just ask

Your administrator sets MyAi up once for the organisation. After that, each person connects in about a minute.

  1. Add MyAi to Claude

In Claude, add MyAi as a custom connector with one URL. It works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code.

  2. Link your Oracle account

Sign in on your organisation's usual Oracle page. MyAi never sees your password, and there is no shared service account.

  3. Ask

“Which invoices are unpaid?” “What's the status of this PO?” Claude calls MyAi's verified, read-only tools and answers from live data.

What we promise

Built for finance and operations data

MyAi is designed around the rules your Oracle team already enforces, not around a copy of your data.

Per user: your Oracle permissions apply

Every Oracle call carries the signed-in person's own token. Oracle's roles and data access decide what each person can see — MyAi can never see more than they can.

Read-only

MyAi only reads: GET-only requests to Oracle's REST API, plus Oracle report jobs from a registry that refuses anything that changes data.

Verified answers — or an honest “Oracle doesn't expose that”

No query runs unless your pod's own API description confirms every field. When Oracle's API has no answer, MyAi says so plainly and names the Oracle report that does.

Nothing stored

Your Fusion business data is processed to answer and is never kept or logged — at most it is held briefly, encrypted, while Claude pages through a large result or downloads a report. MyAi keeps only your organisation's configuration, encrypted sign-in tokens and anonymous usage counts.

Exactly what is and isn't stored
