Add MyAi to Claude

About a minute, once. Your organisation's administrator must have set MyAi up first.

You need a Claude plan that supports custom connectors. If you don't see the option to add one, your Claude workspace administrator may need to allow custom connectors or add MyAi for your organisation.

1. Add the connector

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Name it MyAi and enter the URL:
    https://mcp.testingthetestingapp.online/mcp
  3. Leave the client ID and client secret empty. Claude registers itself with MyAi.
  4. Save it, then choose Connect.

2. Sign in

  1. A MyAi page opens. Enter your work e-mail, or the organisation code your administrator gave you.
  2. Check that the organisation and application shown are yours, then choose Link Oracle.
  3. Sign in on your organisation's usual Oracle page. You're sent back to Claude and the connector is ready.

If your organisation allows it, the Link page also shows an unticked box to share improvement feedback. It is optional and you can change it any time by asking Claude to change your MyAi privacy setting.

3. Ask

Ask in plain language, for example:

  • “Which supplier invoices over 30 days are unpaid in the Services business unit?”
  • “Show receivables aging for Acme by bucket.”
  • “Which Oracle modules can I see with MyAi?”

Answers use your own Oracle permissions. If Oracle's API doesn't expose something, MyAi says so and names the Oracle report that does. Report files come back as download links that work for 15 minutes, only for you.

Claude Code

Add the same URL as a remote (HTTP) MCP server in Claude Code, then run its authentication step when prompted. The sign-in pages are the same.

Disconnect or reconnect

  • To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude. Your Oracle session in MyAi ends as soon as Claude revokes its token.
  • If Claude asks you to reconnect, your Oracle session has ended (for example, it expired or your access changed). Follow the prompt to sign in again.

Troubleshooting

No organisation is found for your e-mail

Use the e-mail address at your company's main domain, or ask your administrator for the organisation code.

You're told there is no free seat

Everyone on your organisation's plan is active. Ask your administrator to add a seat.

Oracle sign-in fails or loops

Your identity-domain administrator may need to assign you to the MyAi application. Contact support@testingthetestingapp.online if it persists.
