MyAi Web

MyAi Web is MyAi in the browser, for people who don't have a Claude plan. It uses the same verified, read-only tools and the same Oracle sign-in as the Claude connector, and runs on your organisation's own Anthropic API key.

Who pays for what

  • MyAi seats are the same as for Claude: a person uses the same seat whether they use MyAi Web, the connector or both.
  • Model usage is billed by Anthropic directly to your organisation's Anthropic account, at Anthropic's prices. MyAi doesn't resell or mark it up.
  • You control spending twice: a monthly token budget in the MyAi admin console, and a spend limit on the key's workspace in the Anthropic Console.

Enable it (administrators)

  1. Create a key in the Anthropic Console

    In your organisation's Anthropic Console, create a workspace just for MyAi and set its monthly spend limit. Then create an API key in that workspace. It starts with sk-ant-.

  2. Paste the key in the admin console

    Sign in at https://console.testingthetestingapp.online/admin, open Settings → MyAi Web and paste the key. MyAi Web is enabled at once for your organisation.

  3. Choose a model and a budget

    Pick the Claude model your users' questions run on (larger models cost more per question) and a monthly token budget (0 means no budget).

  4. Add the redirect URL

    In your identity domain, add https://app.testingthetestingapp.online/auth/callback as a redirect URL of the MyAi application you created at setup, so people can sign in from the browser.

The same page shows this month's usage: budget used, questions, tokens and an estimated cost. Your Anthropic invoice is the source of truth for money.

Sign in (everyone)

Open https://app.testingthetestingapp.online, enter your work e-mail and sign in on your organisation's usual Oracle page. Then ask in plain language, exactly as in Claude. Answers come from live Oracle data, read-only and with your own Oracle permissions.

Budget

  • At 80% of the monthly budget, your administrators get one e-mail.
  • At 100%, new questions pause until the next month (UTC) or until an administrator raises the budget. An answer already running is never cut off.

Privacy and security

  • The key goes from the admin console straight to our encrypted secret store. It is never shown again — not in the console, not in e-mails, logs or the audit log. The organisation's record keeps only a reference to it.
  • MyAi uses the key only to answer your organisation's questions, one question at a time. It is never sent to a browser.
  • Questions and answers are processed by Anthropic under your organisation's own agreement with Anthropic. MyAi Web keeps each person's chats for them for 30 days — the questions, the answers and the tables and report files those answers showed — and deletes them when the person deletes the chat; see what is and isn't stored.
  • Every change — key added, replaced or removed, model or budget changed — is recorded in the admin console's audit log.

Turn it off

In Settings → MyAi Web, choose Remove key and confirm. MyAi Web stops at once for everyone in your organisation and the key is deleted from our secret store. To stop spending immediately at Anthropic too, revoke the key in the Anthropic Console.
