Two ways to use MyAi. The same seat covers both, and each person can use either.
app.testingthetestingapp.online — no Claude plan needed. It runs on your organisation's own Anthropic API key, so the model usage is billed by Anthropic to you, at Anthropic's prices; MyAi adds nothing on top. How MyAi Web worksThere is no per-question charge. To keep the service fast for everyone, MyAi allows up to 60 actions per minute per user and 600 per minute per organisation. An action is one tool call Claude makes; a typical question uses a few. Above the limit, Claude is asked to wait a moment and try again.
A user is a person who has used MyAi in the last 30 days. If everyone on your plan is active and someone new signs in, they're told politely that your organisation has no free seat; your administrator can add seats at any time.
Your trial lasts 14 days from when your organisation is created. Subscribe any time from the billing page to keep going. If the trial ends without a subscription, access pauses until you subscribe; your setup is kept.
Not necessarily. To use MyAi inside Claude, each user needs a Claude plan that supports custom connectors; MyAi's price does not include Claude. Without Claude plans, use MyAi Web in the browser: it runs on your organisation's own Anthropic API key, and Anthropic bills that usage to your organisation directly.
Not from us: a MyAi Web user holds the same seat as a Claude user. The model usage is billed by Anthropic to your organisation's Anthropic account. Your administrator can set a monthly token budget in the admin console, and a spend limit on the key's workspace in the Anthropic Console.
Yes. Administrators manage the card, seats, plan and cancellation themselves in the admin console at console.testingthetestingapp.online/admin. The minimum is 1 users on Team plans.
Service continues for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried, and your administrators are e-mailed. If it still fails, access is paused until the subscription is active again.
MyAi runs in Frankfurt, EU and works with Oracle pods in any Oracle region. Additional regions are added when customers need data residency there. See Regions & data residency, or request a region.
