Custom reports
Your organisation's own BI Publisher reports can answer questions Oracle's REST API can't. MyAi runs them through Oracle's scheduler, as the person asking, so Oracle decides who may run each one.
How it works
- Each report runs as an Oracle scheduled (ESS) job as the signed-in person, so the report's data security is theirs.
- The output comes back to Claude as data, and the file as a download link valid for 15 minutes, only for that person.
- Reports sit alongside Oracle's standard (“seeded”) reports; a custom entry can never replace a seeded one.
1. In Fusion: register the report as a job
- Register the BI Publisher report as an ESS job of type BIPJobType (Setup and Maintenance → Manage Enterprise Scheduler Job Definitions). Note the job's package path and name, and the report's parameters in the job's order — ESS parameters are positional.
- Give the people who should run it the job's submit privilege, and access to the ERP integration REST service. Oracle refuses anyone without both.
- Run it once from Scheduled Processes to check it works.
2. In MyAi: upload the report list
- Sign in to the admin console at https://console.testingthetestingapp.online/admin and open Settings → Custom reports.
- Paste or upload a report list (JSON, up to 256 KB). Each entry names the report, its job package and name, and its parameters in order, with
"origin": "custom". Only entries marked"status": "ready"run. - Save. MyAi validates every entry and saves nothing unless all are valid, with one message per problem.

What MyAi refuses
- Data-changing jobs. A job whose name or package indicates it changes data — for example an import, purge, update or posting — is refused. Together with your administrator curating the list, this keeps MyAi read-only.
- Entries that reuse a built-in report's id, have a malformed schema, or are not marked
custom. - Parameter values containing commas or control characters (ESS would shift them into the wrong positions).
