Access and permissions
Can MyAi see more than I can in Oracle?
No. Every Oracle call carries your own token from your organisation's identity domain, so Oracle applies your roles and data access. There is no service account.
Can MyAi change anything in Oracle?
No. It sends only read (GET) requests to Oracle's REST API and runs only report jobs from a registry that refuses data-changing jobs. Running a report creates a scheduled report process under your name in Oracle, exactly as if you ran it yourself.
Does Claude get my Oracle password or token?
No. You sign in on Oracle's own page. Claude only holds MyAi's short-lived token; your Oracle tokens stay inside MyAi, encrypted.
How do we remove someone's access?
Remove them from the MyAi application (or disable their account) in your identity domain. Their MyAi access ends the next time their Oracle session needs refreshing. They can also disconnect themselves by removing the connector in Claude.
Data and privacy
Does MyAi store our Oracle data?
No. Business data is processed to answer and is never kept or logged. A large result is held briefly and encrypted (up to 30 minutes) so Claude can page through it, and a report file for 15 minutes behind a download link only you can use. Full list.
Where does the conversation happen?
In your own Claude account, under your organisation's agreement with Anthropic. MyAi receives only the tool calls Claude makes, and does not store your questions or Claude's answers.
What is improvement feedback?
An opt-in that needs both your organisation and you to switch it on. It shares which module and which Oracle field names an answer used and whether you confirmed it — never values, questions, names or amounts. Details.
Where is MyAi hosted?
In Frankfurt, EU (AWS eu-central-1), reaching Oracle pods in any Oracle region. Other regions can be added for data residency. Regions & data residency.
Answers
How do I know an answer is right?
Every query is checked against your pod's own API description before it runs, and names are matched to Oracle's exact values first. Answers report only figures Oracle returned. Preview answers also state their source, cross-check where possible, and ask you to confirm.
What if Oracle doesn't have the data in its API?
MyAi says plainly that Oracle's REST API doesn't expose it — a gap on Oracle's side — and names the Oracle report that answers it. Your organisation can also add custom reports.
Why does HR say “not connected yet”?
Oracle publishes HR data through a separate API that MyAi isn't connected to yet, apart from the people directory. MyAi tells you that rather than calling it an Oracle gap. See Modules.
Will MyAi answer questions that aren't about Oracle?
No. MyAi is your organisation's Oracle Fusion assistant. For unrelated questions it briefly suggests using a personal Claude account and offers to help with Fusion instead.
What happens when Oracle releases a quarterly update?
MyAi checks each pod daily. Additive changes are applied automatically once all verified queries still pass; anything that could change an answer is reviewed by the MyAi team first.

Which Claude apps work?
claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code, on a Claude plan that supports custom connectors.
Can we use MyAi without Claude plans?
Yes, with MyAi Web at app.testingthetestingapp.online: MyAi in the browser, running on your organisation's own Anthropic API key. Anthropic bills the model usage to your organisation; each person uses the same MyAi seat.
Our pod is behind an IP allowlist.
Allow MyAi's static egress IPs on the pod and identity domain. They're shown during onboarding. Details.
How much does it cost?
$20 per user per month, or $200 per user per year; Enterprise from 20 users. Pricing.
Is there a limit on questions?
No per-question charge. Fair use is 60 actions per minute per person and 600 per minute per organisation.
