Live availability of the MyAi connector, MyAi Web and the admin console is published on our status page.

What is monitored

Connector — mcp.testingthetestingapp.online, the endpoint Claude calls.
Admin console — console.testingthetestingapp.online, onboarding, administration and billing.
MyAi Web — app.testingthetestingapp.online, MyAi in the browser.

Your Oracle Fusion pod and your identity domain are run by Oracle; check Oracle's own status tools for them.

E-mail support@testingthetestingapp.online with the time, what you asked and any message Claude showed. Please don't include business data or screenshots of it.

If Claude asks you to reconnect, your Oracle session has ended: remove and re-add the connector, or follow Claude's prompt to sign in again.
